I’m Lotte, thanks for stopping by and checking out my art, a little bit about me:

I work and live on the land of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation in Australia. I pay my respects to the caretakers of this land and feel honoured to draw inspiration from the land and add my own little stories to the rich tapestry of art and storytelling as many others have done before.

I originally studied print making, I expanded my practice to include illustration, mural art, workshops, animation, textiles…the list goes on!

My art varies across mediums from intricate narratives to playful character studies often creating surreal representations of lived experiences.

I often draw on memories with people and places to share stories that are deeply personal. My relationship with my body also provides endless inspiration through my background of dance and studying movement, sexuality, and the wear and tear of being human.
